Listening apps do not send us all data when a listen occurs. Here are some data we are not able to collect on ART19 - mostly because we don't have detailed user account information that is stored on 3rd party apps:
- Subscribers / Followers (we are only sent individual listens)
- Listen-through rate / how long someone listens to an episode
- Non-geographic demographics (age, gender, income, etc)
Amazon Music for Podcasters, Spotify for Podcasters, Google Podcasts Manager and Apple Podcast Connect are just some of the platforms that will give you this information.
