Subscriber/follower numbers aren't passed back to ART19 by the listening platforms. Some, however, do include this or similar information within their own stats dashboards.
Amazon Music for Podcasters, Spotify for Podcasters, Google Podcasts Manager and Apple Podcast Connect are just some of the platforms that will give you this information.
