After you have edited your template, this article covers importing it back into ART19 and fixing any upload errors.
Note: The Bulk AIP Update tool is available only to users with Owner permissions on the series profile. Admin and Stats Only users will not see the Bulk AIP Update card.
Importing the template
When you have finished making changes, save the file, then select or drag and drop your updated CSV into the modal. The modal validates the upload.
If there are any errors, the modal identifies them and will not let you continue. Click Download the error report to see what went wrong and what needs to be fixed:
You can edit the error report directly and re-upload it; the error field can remain during re-upload as it will not affect Bulk AIP processing. Once you have corrected the errors, try the import again.
After your upload is validated, the modal displays how many episodes will be updated by this action. If all looks right, click Confirm:
You will then see the processing progress in the Bulk AIP Update card. Depending on how many episodes you are updating, it may take several minutes, but you can navigate away from the page without interrupting the process:
You will also see when the import is complete:
Common questions
I uploaded my CSV but got an error. What do I do? When an import fails, the modal displays an error message and offers a Download the error report link. Download this file: it identifies exactly which rows have issues and what needs to be fixed. You can edit the error report directly and re-upload it; the error column will not affect processing.
