Overview:
ART19 is certified to support Cuebiq tags. The passing of IP address in the X-Forwarded-For and X-Device-IP headers must be enabled for your Ad Ops profile so Cuebiq can receive the necessary information for measurement. To ensure this is enabled please Contact Support.
As with all 3rd Party measurement URL’s, Cuebiq tags can be added at both the insertion order, line item, and ad level. A measurement URL configured at the insertion order, line item, or ad level will fire for every ad associated with the campaign. This saves you time if you have multiple pieces of creative requiring the same measurement URL.
Step 1: Cuebiq Campaign Level Measurement
Navigate to the insertion order or line item details page and scroll to the bottom to find 3rd Party Campaign Measurement.
To add a destination, press the blue plus button and provide a name for your new Measurement Destination. Then click save. Please note, a Measurement Destination can be called whatever you choose but we recommend using a name that includes the 3rd party vendor.
Step 2: Set specific parameters
Click on the pencil icon on the top-right of the card to populate the remainder of your Measurement Destination information.
A typical Cuebiq tag will look like this:

In most cases the tag from Cuebiq will already include the correct macros in ART19's syntax - but this is not guaranteed. Before you set the tag to Active, check that every macro exactly matches the format shown above, written as {{macro}} rather than other formats like %%macro%%, {macro} or [macro]. A tag with incorrectly formatted macros will not fire. Please feel free to contact support BEFORE your line item goes live so we can confirm it in advance, rather than trying to replace missing data later.
Note: ART19 does not pass a device ID (did), latitude (lat) or longitude (lng), so those parameters have been removed - only sid2 (Series ID) is populated. See How to Set Up Macros for the full supported/unsupported list.
