Overview:
ART19 supports ComScore tags. ComScore does not support our Encrypted Device IP macro and the passing of IP address in the X-Forwarded-For and X-Device-IP headers is not required. However, if you require more in depth reporting via these 3rd party measurement URL’s, the X-Forwarded-For and X-Device-IP headers should be enabled. To have these headers enabled please reach out to support@art19.com.
As with all 3rd Party measurement URL’s, ComScore tags can be added at both the campaign or ad level. A measurement URL configured at the campaign level will fire for every ad associated with the campaign. This saves you time if you have multiple pieces of creative requiring the same measurement URL.
Step 1: ComScore Campaign Level Measurement
Navigate to the campaign details page and scroll to the bottom to find 3rd Party Campaign Measurement.
To add a destination, press the blue plus button and provide a name for your new Measurement Destination. Then click save. Please note, a Measurement Destination can be called whatever you choose but we recommend using a name that includes the 3rd party vendor.
Step 2: Apply Measurement URL
Click on the pencil icon on the top-right of the card to populate the remainder of your measurement destination information.
A typical ComScore tag will look something like this:
https://sb.scorecardresearch.com/p?c1=x&c2=xxxxxxxx&c3=xxxxxxx&c4=xxxxxxxx&c5=xxxxxxxx&c11=&c13=&c16=gen&cj=1&rn=xxxxxxxxxxxx&ax_fwd=1
This will come pre-populated with all needed data in the proper syntax from the ComScore dashboard. Simply copy the URL provided as is into the URL field, set to Active and hit Update & Close.
