Overview:
ART19 supports ComScore tags. ComScore does not support our Encrypted Device IP macro and the passing of IP address in the X-Forwarded-For and X-Device-IP headers is not required. However, if you require more in depth reporting via these 3rd party measurement URL’s, the X-Forwarded-For and X-Device-IP headers should be enabled. To have these headers enabled please Contact Support.
As with all 3rd Party measurement URL’s, ComScore tags can be added at both the insertion order, line item, and ad level. A measurement URL configured at the insertion order, line item, or ad level will fire for every ad associated with the campaign. This saves you time if you have multiple pieces of creative requiring the same measurement URL.
Step 1: ComScore Campaign Level Measurement
Navigate to the insertion order or line item details page and scroll to the bottom to find 3rd Party Campaign Measurement.
To add a destination, press the blue plus button and provide a name for your new Measurement Destination. Then click save. Please note, a Measurement Destination can be called whatever you choose but we recommend using a name that includes the 3rd party vendor.
Step 2: Apply Measurement URL
Click on the pencil icon on the top-right of the card to populate the remainder of your measurement destination information.
A typical ComScore tag will look something like this:

In most cases the tag from ComScore will already include the correct macros in ART19's syntax - but this is not guaranteed. Before you set the tag to Active, check that every macro exactly matches the format shown above, written as {{macro}} rather than other formats like %%macro%%, {macro} or [macro]. A tag with incorrectly formatted macros will not fire. Please feel free to contact support BEFORE your line item goes live so we can confirm it in advance, rather than trying to replace missing data later.
