WarpFeed Defaults set the template for how ad breaks behave whenever you manually add a new Ad Insertion Point (AIP) to an episode. Instead of configuring max time, max ads, and priorities every time, these defaults are applied automatically.
Note: These defaults only apply to new markers you create going forward. They won't change existing markers in your episodes.
Step 1: Find the WarpFeed Defaults card
Go to your Series Details page and scroll down to the WarpFeed Defaults card. Click the pencil icon to edit.
Step 2: Configure your defaults
Maximum Total Time
The maximum duration of the entire ad break in seconds. If ads finish before this time, playback returns to your episode content immediately - there's no silence.
Maximum Number of Ad Positions
How many ads can play in this ad break.
Priorities
Which types of ads can serve in this marker. In most cases, leave this as "All Live Reads and Spots". You can optionally define start and end dates for specific priorities.
Step 3: Update & Close
Click Update & Close to save. From now on, any new AIP you add to an episode will use these settings by default.
Tip: If you want pre-roll and post-roll markers added automatically to every episode (without manually placing them), see Setting Up Marker Defaults.
