Overview:
ART19 is certified to support Kantar measurement tags. The passing of IP address in the X-Forwarded-For and X-Device-IP headers must be enabled for your Ad Ops profile so Kantar can receive the necessary information for measurement. To ensure this is enabled please reach out to support@art19.com.
As with all 3rd Party measurement URL’s, Kantar tags can be added at both the campaign or ad level. A measurement URL configured at the campaign level will fire for every ad associated with the campaign. This saves you time if you have multiple pieces of creative requiring the same measurement URL.
Step 1: Kantar Campaign Level Measurement
Navigate to the campaign details page and scroll to the bottom to find 3rd Party Campaign Measurement.
To add a destination, press the blue plus button and provide a name for your new Measurement Destination. Then click save. Please note, a Measurement Destination can be called whatever you choose but we recommend using a name that includes the 3rd party vendor.
Step 2: Set specific parameters
Click on the pencil icon on the top-right of the card to populate the remainder of your Measurement Destination information.
A typical Kantar tag will look like this:
https://secure.insightexpressai.com/adServer/adServerESI.aspx?script=false&bannerID=XXXXNNN&rnd=[INSERT_CACHEBUSTER_HERE]&gdpr=&gdpr_consent=&redir=https://secure.insightexpressai.com/adserver/1pixel.gif
The [INSERT_CACHEBUSTER_HERE] macro will need to be updated with proper syntax for ART19. To update the pre-existing parameter, highlight the entire parameter.
Then click the corresponding button, in this case RANDOM, to update the macro.
Be sure to set to Active before clicking Update & Close.
