- [New] Schedule an episode for publishing before uploading a media file (see below for details)
On the Episode Detail Page > Distribution Card, select the Schedule option and enter a release date:
This will transition your episode to Planned status:
Once you upload a media file, your episode will transition to Pending status if the scheduled release date is in the future or published immediately if the release date is in the past (Note: there is a confirmation modal shown before the episode is published). If the scheduled release date passes before you've uploaded a media file, your episode will remain in Planned status.
As a reminder, removing a media file from a Pending or Published episode will automatically unpublish that episode from all RSS feeds. You can use the replace button to swap out your media file without unpublishing the episode:
