We recently invited customers to preview our new content analytics experience ahead of the full rollout, and we’ve received a lot of helpful and constructive feedback so far. We’re actively reviewing your suggestions and will be making updates in the coming weeks. This is the first milestone on a journey to make ART19 analytics more intuitive, performant, and actionable for customers, and we can’t do it without your help!
New Features
Here are the key features of the new analytics experience:
- A tabbed design to organize reports by theme; this will support new reports and metrics planned for next year, including unique listener reporting, and episode performance comparisons
- Ability to filter your data by date range across all reports and pages; we plan to add more filters in the near future
- Ability to view series/episode downloads by time unit (hour, day, week, month)
- New data visualizations for Platform and Location breakouts, with more to come
- Ability to view download data by City (in addition to Countries, Regions/States and DMAs)
- Ability to download data as a CSV from most table views
Date Range Filter
You can change the date range for your data at any time by selecting the Filters button below the page title.
This will bring up a panel with a Date Range dropdown menu where you can select a preset date range such as Last 90 Days, or enter a custom range.
Once selected, your filter will show up as a badge next to the Show Options button. It’s important to note that the selected date range affects ALL the data across pages and reports.
