New episodes can take up to 24 hours to appear on listening platforms but it varies from platform to platform. We recommend scheduling your episodes to release in the early morning hours to account for this lag.
If your episode is appearing on other listening platforms but not Apple then that indicates everything is good on ART19's side, your feed is working as expected and you shouldn't need to do anything else - it's more than likely a matter of Apple's feed content being refreshed. We do not recommend publishing a new version or removing the episode off of the feed as that could disrupt other platforms where the episode is already available.
This should resolve itself in time but if you need additional support we are happy to shed more light on the issue or support you in troubleshooting. If your episode is still not published after 24 hours we recommend to reach out to Apple directly through the Apple Podcasts for Creators portal or via email at podcastsupport@apple.com - and let them know your issue.
If you do not see your latest episode published to your ART19 RSS feed or public Series page, please contact support@art19.com right away!
Other things that may be helpful:
- If you have access to iTunes site manager or Podcasts Connect we suggest refreshing the feed there. That's been known to speed up the Apple database.
- Check if your episode has an End Date, which would make it unavailable to listening apps when reached (more info).
